I am not sure but I don't think so, I also know how to get one, go to victory road if you have beaten the elite four then a special route comes up and if you keep going until you get to an area where you have to use defog, use it then use swim on the nearest body of water until you find one, when you first go on to the water you should find one then it will take a while to find another one.
