Yes. Macs and PCs can play together also. Whoever is going to host the server has to download the multiplayer server software to set it up for the other person. There is plenty of information on how to do it. It's not too hard to do but if you just look online for something like the "MinecraftWIKI" site it has step by step instructions. It's even easier if your both in the same house as Minecraft doesn't need extra software to play a multiplayer LAN game.
It is currently not possible to play Roblox on the Nook. The nook's internal processor is simply not powerful enough to support such a highly graphical game like Roblox. Currently the only devices that fully support Roblox are Windows PCs, with limited support for Macs and IOS.
You can log into the Minecraft launcher on one PC with as many accounts as you want. You can also install as many as you want on each computer you have. However your saved games are not syced between PCs. On the same PC though, each launcher will still be able to access the same saved worlds.
