There are no official continuations of the series that take place "after" DBGT, in other words there are stories within the DB universe but they don't take place after the events of GT but usually inbetween of Z.
If you desperately want a continuation, and a good one at that, of the series you should Google for "Dragonball AF Toyble" It's a fanmanga that continues the story after GT and it is really good. He called it AF to spoof the internet rumor. It's NOTHING OFFICIAL, but it continues the series.
Also be sure to check out "Dragonball Multiverse" which picks up after Z and creates a new continuation of Z instead of GT.
