Dragonball Zeron is the manga sequel which is after the anime Dragonball GT. From the evidence I have seen it relates to the Japanese fan manga Dragonball AF. But there are a lot of differences. The only villians that are common in Dragonball AF and Dragonball Zeron are Xicor and Zeel. People talk about the Dragonball Zeron Manga which is going to be released in 2020.

The three Zeron brothers watched over Goku and they ordered Goku to be sent to earth. Only a few knew about the three. The three Zeron brothers had enough of watching over Goku and decide to kill Goku first, and then destroy every single universe. Goku went with shenron and he comes back again to face this new threat, along with Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo [who is brought back to life], Trunks, Goten, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Pan, Bulla and Uub to defend every single universe. The Ultimate universal all-out war is about to begin.
