Click it then it will ask you if you want to receive a gift from a friend WifiConnection or Via WifiConnection click via wifi connection and it will give you the azure flute (if its on the event check every now and then by going to www.Pokemon.com) and then you can get it.
(Right now its the rotom event so you can get the other forms of rotom but i think you can only get the other rotom forms in Pokemon platinum)
