It depends. It heals 15% of your total hitpoints, and it can go above your maximum hitpoints. It can heal up to 640 HP if you drink all four doses and have a hitpoints level of 99. :-)
If you go on runescape highscores, you can see that lots of people have 99 skill level in everything. Every single one of these players will have all the skill capes
Go to runehq.com they will tell you everything you need to know.
Runescape Classic Has 2D Characters While Runescape 2 Has 3D Characters, you can now only go onto runescape classic if you are a member and have made an account on runescape classic.
There are games like Dragon Fable and Adventure Quest similar to Maple Story. Runescape is the most recommended, because it's in 3-d, has many skills to train, and has many fun things you can do. Go runescape!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Don't listen to the person above me...3D games can suck sometimes.Runescape suck and its lame,The other games that are like maplestory are wonderking and ghostonline, you should try that out ^^
The highest it can go to is 99.
The Runescape Wiki is probably the best place to go, considering most of their pages get updated frequently more than any other guide site. From questioner: dude uhhmm i dont think the runescape wiki is the direct approach for a 1 to 99 skill guide for f2p i think something else maybe?
Go to the main page of RuneScape. At the top is a kind of menu; select "Community", then "Hiscores". You can get the information there.
as long as you want baby, i can go forever

Please don't use private servers. It just gets you hacked or bans you on Runescape. I would check out all the worlds for the skill you are trying to work on. (i work on world 51 members) if you are a f2per with your skills 1000 above. Then i would go to world 113... if not go to 165 or 120.
I suggest you use a runescape skill calculator (Check related links), to find out how many logs you need. Then go to the Grand Exchange (either within RuneScape, or from the main page), and look up the current price for maple logs. Finally, multiply it. For many players, the main problem in getting firemaking 99 (or 99 in most skills) is not so much the cost, but the amount of time required, to burn the logs in this case.
