In Super Mario 64 what happens in the ending?

When Mario repairs the castle with the star that bowser gave him peach comes. she says "Mario! the power of the stars has repaired to the castle. And it's all thanks to you. thankyou Mario." then peach kisses Mario and bakes him a cake like she promised.

and when you get 120 stars go ontop of the castle, talk to Yoshi and he gives you 100 lives.

After you save Princess peach and the castle, Peach kisses Mario on the cheek. Or, after you find all the stars, even secret stars, go to the cannon at the beach and launch yourself to the roof of Peach's castle and talk to the Yoshi. He will give you 100 lives for the whole game!!!!!!! Hope it helped! :)
