every time you meet cresselia you have to get its HP down with a Pokemon and when its at the end of its HP (RED) you can use ure ultra ball and if it doesnt work ....
make a Pokemon learn false swipe wich is speed is faster that cresselia .
my torterra is lvl80 and it used frenzy plant and it got its hp down to 10 and then my scyther used false swipe and it was 1 HP and then it took me two times with an ultra ball
