First, You have to beat the Pokemon League, both times. Then you have to beat Red (He is at the top of Mt.Silver) Now talk to professor Oak and he will give you a johto (?) starter. Now go to Silph Co. and talk to steven and he will ask you a question about choosing a stone (Red=Torchic, Blue=Mudkip, Green=Treeko) Now go to the fossil museum in Pewter City and he should be there. Talk to him and once your done go back to Silph Co. He will offer to trade a Beldum for a Forretress. It will be the same lvl as the Forretress and will be called Iron.
