Well, it depends. If you have already beat the Safron, Celadon, Fuschia and Vermillion gyms, you have to have a radio card(you can get that at the goldenrod radio tower) and then head over to Lavender Town's Tower and you'll get a pokeflute tune on your radio card and play it to Snorlax so it will wake up and move over by Diglett's Cave. Once through the cave you will be in Pewter City to beat Brock and then you can finish game.
