Call of the Haunted special summons on resolution. If this resolution is negated, then it will not special summon anything. Even if the negation effect stops being applied later on, Call will not then summon a monster.

In Yu-Gi-Oh if you attack a monster stronger than you do you get destroyed?

Yes. If your monster is in attack position and you attack a monster that has more attack points than yours, your monster is destroyed and you take Battle Damage to your Life Points equal to the difference between your opponent's monster's Attack Points and your monster's Attack Points.

How does the Quick-play 'Inferno Reckless Summon' work?

Basically, when you special summon a monster with 1500 or less ATK with cards like marauding captain, call of the haunted, or monster reborn, you can activate this card when your opponent has a face-up monster to special summon all copies of that monster. Your opponent can special summon all copies of his monster too, but that's a rare chance IMO.

Will activating call of the haunted negate a direct attack?

Yes! You can activate Call of the Haunted to get a monster in the same position from your Graveyard as it was when destroyed. That will allow your monsters to protect you and keeping your life points safe

If your opponent destroys your attacking monster with the Trap card Sakerestu Armor is your monster considered to be destroyed as a result of battle?

No, if your attacking Monster is destroyed by an opponent's "Sakuretsu Armor" it is considered destroyed as the result of an effect. In order for a Monster to be considered destroyed as a result of battle, the attacking Monster must have been destroyed because its ATK was equal or less than the opponent's attack position Monster it battled with.

If your opponent activates 'Royal Decree' can you activate 'Call of the Haunted' and special summon your monster?

Nothing really - traps get negated, including Call of the Haunted. Call of the Haunted special summons a monster, and has a condition to destroy itself or the monster, depending on what happens. However it is not true to say it is 'holding' the monster on the field. Simply negating Call of the Haunted will not destroy the monster. While Call of the Haunted is being negated, if the monster is destroyed, Call of the Haunted will remain on the field, uselessly. If Call itself is destroyed, then the monster is not destroyed.

What will happen when equal atk between our monster and opponent's monster?

Can call of the haunted still be active on the field if the monster brought back by it is removed from play?

Yes, it can. Call of the Haunted is not an Equip Card, so it is not automatically destroyed if it loses its target. Call of the Haunted will only destroy itself if the monster it brought back is 'destroyed'. However if the monster is removed from play, tributed, sent, or flipped face-down, then Call of the Haunted will lose it as a target, but remain on the field, uselessly.

What happens to a monster equipped with a union monster when you opponent plays a card that destroys all cards on field?

When Kinetic soldier attacks a warrior-type monster with more attack points is it destroyed?

The effect of "Kinetic Soldier" activates during the Damage Step when attacking a Warrior-type monster. In otherwords, right before you determine if a monster is destroyed and who loses Life Points, "Kinetic Soldier" will gain 2000 ATK. If its ATK is greater at this point, the opponent's monster will be destroyed. But if "Kinetic Soldier"'s ATK is still lower than the opponent's defending monster, "Kinetic Soldier" will be destroyed.

What happens if you activate Heavy Storm after Call of the Haunted was activated and after Royal Decree was activated later on in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Call of the Haunted destroys its summoned monster at the same moment it itself is destroyed. In the above case if it's being negated by Royal Decree, then it will not destroy the monster. Even though Royal Decree is being destroyed by the same resolution, it is still negating Call of the Haunted up until the point of its destruction. The end result, Call of the Haunted and Royal Decree will go to the graveyard but the monster summoned by Call of the Haunted will be safe.

Can you tribute a monster summoned by 'Call of the Haunted' the same turn it's activated?

No part of Call of the Haunted's activation prevents monsters from being tributed. Of course, if you activate it in your opponent's turn, you could only tribute the monster for a spell speed 2 effect or trigger.
