That message usually shows up when too many people are using the GTS, it's nothing to do with the Pokemon itself. GTS also has some checks for hacked Pokemon too, so be sure it's not one of those.

There is no code for pokerus, if you use the GTS -Global trade station- In jubilife city, you can leave a pokemon overnight, then when you go back there in the morning, someone may have offered a pokemon for yours. The trade will begin and you'll get the other person's pokemon. THAT POKEMON MAY HAVE POKERUS!!! You won't be able to see it yourself, so as soon as you get the pokemon, go to the pokemon center. If your pokemon has pokerus, Nurse Joy will tell you. POKERUS IS GOOD!!!!!!! It raises your pokemon's stats to the max, and when pokerus goes away, the effects stay!! POKERUS IS CONTAIGUS! Keep changing your party and your pokemon will ALL catch the virus :D Good luck getting pokerus :D

Why cant you trade mew at the GTS in Pokemon platinum?
it depends. if mew is infected with pokerus (a Pokemon virus that makes them level up faster) it cannot be traded. However, pokerus can be cured by nurse joy. you just go to the Pokemon center like a regular check-up, talk to her, then she will ask you if you want to cure your Pokemon of pokerus. if you want to trade your mew, then you should heal it of pokerus. WARNING: if you withdraw mew from the GTS, and you decide you want the pokerus back....you can't. there is no way for you to give mew or any other Pokemon it's Pokemon virus back. So it's a 1-time shot. Or maybe you haven't seen one yet. You have to see one in the game first.

you might have to reinstall wifi and make a new account on Pokemon diamond. oh btw if you trade hacked Pokemon on gts Nintendo ban u from gts and turn the hacked Pokemon into a bad egg so i wouldn't unless you had the pokesav program to make it look legit. hope i helped ;)
