Why does the GTS say that Pokemon may not be offered for trade?

That message usually shows up when too many people are using the GTS, it's nothing to do with the Pokemon itself.
GTS also has some checks for hacked Pokemon too, so be sure it's not one of those.

How do you duplicate in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?
To perform this trick you must have a Pokemon that knows "Thief," and a Ditto. Enter a double battle with a Ditto without an item and a Pokemon holding the item you want to duplicate. if u got it with action replay and it is legendary it recongises that it is not the right level, nature, place of capture i think that you are not allowed to trade event Pokemon either but you can trade all other hacked Pokemon including rare ones like spiritomb hope i helped (-:

you can not do it you may be able to do it with cheats there is legendary pokemon cheats

Certain Pokemon, even Pokemon, have a ribbon that makes it impossible to trade the Pokemon over the GTS. Any Pokemon with a ribbon that shows the "love of a Pokemon" can not be traded. Any Pokemon WITHOUT that ribbon should be able to be traded.BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE A RIBBON!

You need to be patient and wait for someone to decide to trade their Pokemon for yours. Depending on what you want, you may get a Pokemon quickly or slow. you can go in to check on it every so often. if you do get a Pokemon, it will automatically give it to you.

There is no code for pokerus, if you use the GTS -Global trade station- In jubilife city, you can leave a pokemon overnight, then when you go back there in the morning, someone may have offered a pokemon for yours. The trade will begin and you'll get the other person's pokemon. THAT POKEMON MAY HAVE POKERUS!!! You won't be able to see it yourself, so as soon as you get the pokemon, go to the pokemon center. If your pokemon has pokerus, Nurse Joy will tell you. POKERUS IS GOOD!!!!!!! It raises your pokemon's stats to the max, and when pokerus goes away, the effects stay!! POKERUS IS CONTAIGUS! Keep changing your party and your pokemon will ALL catch the virus :D Good luck getting pokerus :D
Can you get Houndour Pokemon Y?
Only in Pokémon X. If you wish to own a Houndour in the Y version you must trade with someone that has one. Try to catch an Electrike and trade it for a Houndour at the GTS, since it is its exclusve Y version counterpart there may be people interested in said trade.
How do you trade over the internet on diamond?
go to the global trading station or gts for short... and either search for the Pokemon you want or offer one of your Pokemon and wait... this may takes minutes or even days so be patient... PS: you can only search for Pokemon that are already in your pokedex
