According to the Kirby Wiki, Kirby's age is not exactly known. He is referred to as a "small child" and has very childlike qualities. In the anime he was put in suspended animation for a very long time at birth, and was supposed to be sent to the Start Warrior academy. When he crash lands on Pop Star he is unable to talk nor fight, and knows absolutely nothing. Even though the residents of Dreamland do not know his age, he celebrates his 1st birthday in "Episode 51: Kirby Takes the Cake" so he is presumed to be at least 1 year old.
