1.0 GB for regular and 1GB per expansion pack
It takes up about 5.61 gb and an extra 500mb for a new town
The Sims 3 requires DirectX 9. 0c if it's running on a Windows XP operating system. The computer will also need 1 gigabyte of RAM, and at least 6. 1 gigabytes of hard drive space.
here are the system requirements for the sims 2 * 800 MHz processor * 256 MB RAM if Windows XP * 128 MB RAM if Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows 2000 * At least 3.5 gigs of free hard drive space
All of the sims take alot of room- sims 1 128 mb of memory, sims 2 512 mb of memory, sims 3 6.1 gb of hard drive. The only one you could physically download online is sims 1 (it is not as good as the others at all) and you would still have to pay around £10.
it takes up about 2 gigabytes of space.

it depends on how much space is on the hard drive, but the sims 2 seasons won't wreck the computer because during the installation or playing the game, a pop-up will come saying there is no more space.
I own Sims 3 and on the reverse side of the case it states that it needs 7.1GB Hard Drive space to run efficiently, but i tried it on my laptop and if you want it to load faster i suggest having about 8GB free space.
Absolutely, that is if your hard drive can take it!
No.
You could have installed something else that has nothing to do with Sims 2 but still takes up a lot of space on your hard drive. If you have a lot of expansion packs on your computer, then you should uninstall some of them and install those onto another computer that has a lot of memory on its hard drive.
your hard drive is not big enough i can not do it for my daughter

Yes, you can run The Sims 1 on an iBook G4 with 1GB of RAM and a 40GB hard drive at 1.33 GHz. The game requires minimal system resources, and your specifications meet the necessary requirements. Just ensure that you have enough disk space for the game installation and any additional content you may want to add.
