Depends how much you spend on it! I've just bought an Itek Guitar Hero clone and paid £5 (UK pounds) for it - for that kind of money it's a bargain! For fans of the official Guitar Hero, it's very entertaining especially the dodgy MIDI songs! I've seen them go for £30 (UK pounds) and it's certainly not worth anywhere near that.
I'm pretty sure all of it will cost $189.99. you can buy it all separate but it will cost more

It depends. Harmonix created Guitar Hero 1, 2, and 80's. RedOctane/Activision created Guitar Hero 3, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and Guitar Hero: World Tour. You can tell the difference by the graphics pretty much.
