dont buy guthix platebody it has the same stats as a rune platebody guthix zammy and sara are a waste of money
rune chainmail overall, but the adamant platebody has better stab defence.
Well, its up to you, some people might be rich enough for the Bandos Chestplate and Dragon Platebody but some people might have enough skill to get the Fighter Torso, here is the order you would get them in: IF YOU ARE RICH 1. Bandos Chestplate 2. Dragon Plate 3. Fighter Torso IF YOU ARE NOT RICH 1. Fighter Torso 2. Dragon Platebody 1. Bandos BEST OVERALL 1 Bandos Chestplate 2 Dragon Platebody 3 Fighter Torso Most people that have owned all three armours would choose Bandos Chestplate as the best armour because because the armour has good defense and attack compared to the Fighter Torso and Dragon Platebody. Second best would probably be the Dragon Platebody because it's defense bonuses are far superior then that of the Fighter Torso. Third would be the Fighter Torso only because it can't fit into the category of the high end armours such as 3rd Age Platebody, Bandos Chestplate and Dragon Platebody. But the Fighter Torso overall can only compete with the Dragon Chainbody.
Yes - the rune chainbody is better.
I believe that would be the Tetsu Body. It can be obtained via the player-owned ports. A degradable version can be bought from other players. It is possible that no player has gotten to the point where he can make such armour yet (as of January 2013), but these armour items should become available soon.

Dharoks set is used very much in pvp, or for monster killing. The very nature of the set is that the player is at low hp for most of the time, so death is probable. On death, the platebody, platelegs and weapon are protected instead of the helm (despite its high g.e. value) This means there are less dh helms in the game (relative to dh bodies/legs/axe) Basic Demand and Supply Economics means the price will go up, and this is why its a higher price. The G.E. runs on the principle of Demand and Supply.
You get exactly 187.5 xp per steel platebody in runescape which is probably the best way to raise smithing cost wise
It's a tier 5 platebody in RuneScape, with bonuses similiar to a Rune platebody. It is only available while Dungeoneering.
dont buy guthix platebody it has the same stats as a rune platebody guthix zammy and sara are a waste of money

Third age / Torva (members) or Rune platebody (free-play).
If you mean Platebody, it's around 10 Million in the Grand Exchange.
Monsters don't drop the actual platebody, but they drop pieces: One piece that is needed to make the platebody is received through the reward of the While Guthix Sleeps quest. The others are dropped by Tormented demons. You do not have to start/finish the quest to wear the platebody.
yes
It really depends on the person most people prefer veracs but I would choose dharoks only because his hammer has a very high attack bonus.
