In the Halo the Fall of Reach its is stated that a Spartan can lift 3 times their own weight. That's about 1,200-1,500 pound. In MJOLNIR Mark 4/5 the armor doubles the wearer's strength. That brings it to 2,400-3,000 pounds. In the Newest Halo Encyclopedia it stated that Mark 6 increases the Spartans Strength by a factor if 5 over the older models. So 12,000-15,000 pound. That's not adding in Adrenaline. If you look it up you can find a women was able to lift a BMW car off her father. That car weighed about 3,600 pounds. She lifted one side of the car and said it felt like lifting a short table. That women could at most lift 100 pounds in a normal situation. Now add that to a Spartan and things get interesting.
