Then, the Ask to Move In interaction should show up. If you know that your Sim and the other Sim have any traits in common, I would recommend using interactions related to that trait if possible. It makes it faster and easier to get to the "Sim A thinks Sim B is being sociable" point.

When you select the mid life crisis from the rewards section, it becomes the next activity in the action queue. When your sim has finished the previous activity - the game will automatically save and you have to pick 4 new traits and from the traits a lifetime wish. However the lifetime wish choices are limited depending on the traits you choose. This is kind of annoying when you know which lifetime wish you want but can't find the right combination of traits. I'd use the mid-life crisis if you really want to reform your sim. Hope this helps. :)
