for this question i have a very simple answer, just set one of the sim cards the one that is switched off into divert all phone calls. but i have another question. HOW CAN I RECIEVE MY SMS'S FROM BOTH SIM CARDS WITHOUT SWITCHING FROM ONE SIM TO ANOTHER? well depends if ur dual sim phone has the setting for dual sim standby then it will work both callin and sms
