It depends on how much you run around. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the daycare uses footsteps as an alternative to EXP. If your Pokemon is starting at level 1, and you want it at level 50, it may take awhile. But if your Pokemon is starting at level 15, it may take less time.
I know that I went from Goldenrod, all the way back to Cherrygrove City, and back again, and my Pokemon raised from level 4 to level 15. So you may consider leaving your Pokemon there while you explore other cities, that way you're running up the EXP without thinking about it too much.
Yes as long as they level up while in the daycare center
each step you take (whilst your Pokemon is in daycare) means 1 exp. so 1 step is 1 exp. so if your Pokemon needs 4471 exp to level up then 4471 steps would get you the level.
It depends what level the Pokemon is. If it is a lower level it will take about ten minutes It a higher level it could take up to an hour
Like any Pokemon game, the amount of experience the Pokemon in the daycare gains depends on how many steps you take. One step equals one experience point your Pokemon gets. A quick way is to find a long path you can ride your bike on and just repeat the path until they level up to your liking. This also works with eggs that you may carry.
It needs max loyalty with its trainer you can evolve togepi in one level has long as its happiness with its trainer is at the max.

a long time
Train your Pokemon to level 100 or just keep it in the daycare for an extremely long time.

Yes. Any Pokemon that you leave at Pokemon Daycare to breed will be returned to you, as long as you pay the daycare fee.

When he get's to level 24 he will want to learn a move and you have to teach him that or the other Pokemon will be lost forever.. Believe me I left mine in the daycare for one level to long and he never evolved.
No, it would take a long time to reach lvl 100 in the daycare.
