You would need the old sea chart which was given out at a Nintendo event which has long since passed.
To catch every Pokemon, you need action replay for the few last diamond legendaries. You will need Pokemon fire red/leaf green and emerald. Migrate them to Pokemon diamond. In Pokemon diamond, fill up your pokedex by catching Pokemon normally or with poke radar, or use gts. It will take a long time to catch all Pokemon
Trapinch is located in the sandy area of the desert in Route 111. It shouldn't take long to find one.
i don't have Pokemon emerald, but the answer is always the same. not how long. how many steps. walk ALOT and the egg will slowly start to hatch
it will take a long time and you'll probably never catch it; i didn't Actually, use the run/walk anywhere cheat, team up with someone (like Marly or something). Then, walk on water until you encounter a Pokemon. This is the glitchy part. It will be a double battle. You sent out your own Pokemon and a copy of yourself sents out a grayish rectangle! This rectangle is called an invisible shiny Bulbasaur because it has Bulbasaur's cry and its a shiny, oddly, Lv.0 and no HP. There is a random normal wild Pokemon and a wild invisible shiny bulbasaur! After you run away, to unglitch your game, just leave from wherever you are and you will be no longer teamed up with the person.
You can't. the only way is by the use of an event which has long passed.

You can't possibly find all the Pokemon in emerald there are some you can't get like surskit. you can get most of the the hoenn Pokemon in emerald and some of the johto and kanto. But other than that you will need to trade the Pokemon over to you're current game.

It depends on which Pokemon you migrate to Diamond or Pearl... If you want to migrate Pokemon from emerald to D. or P., go to "migrate from emerald"(on the main screen,BEFORE you start to play D./P.) and choose 6 Pokemon to give to D. or P., then when you're done, play Diamond/Pearl and go to Pal Park to catch the Pokemon you migrated, and WALA!! you got 6 new (or old) Pokemon from emerald you did or didn't have before.

You can't send the Pokemon directly from Pokemon Emerald to Pokemon Heart Gold but you can migrate your Pokemon from Emerald to Pokemon Pearl, Platinum, Diamond and then trade it to your game Pokemon Heart Gold as long as you have a friend with a DS(Dsi)
To get Chimeco on Emerald you must go to the highest floor in that ghost Mountain place where you can catch pokemon. Walk around there for a while until one appears. It will appear about 1 in 100 (or more) times. That's how long it took me.
