Water Spout is an egg move however you will need to use Octillery in order to get Water Spout to be bred over to Squirtle so you can use a female Octillery as well as a male Wailmer or Wailord that knows Water Spout at which point you'll give it to the Daycare and then you will need to hatch a male Remoraid that knows Water Spout and then the male Remoraid that knows Water Spout will need to be placed into the Daycare with a female Squirtle, Wartortle or Blastoise so that you will get an egg that will hatch into a Squirtle that knows Water Spout.

you can only get it in hg/ss. it is an egg move for squirtle. you have to breed a female blastoise with a male wailord that knows water spout
Piplup and Squirtle are both as good as each other, although in my opinion Squirtle is better. Piplup is Definitely a close comeback to Squirtle because at Empoleon it has two types which are a good combo, leaving less weaknesses and more strengths. Squirtle is better because it has a good attack and an awesome defence at Blastoise. Blastoise can also learn a move called shell bash or skull bash which is a two turn move increasing defence on the first turn and attacking on the second with 150 power.
In fire red the most powerful fire type move is really "blast burn"...But however your charizard will recharge after it...Its a good ally move...and also not affected by light screen but affected by protect...You should use it wisely..Wrong!! It is eruption. It does 150 damage with 100% accuracy. (entei can learn it).The most powerful water type move is water spout with 150 damage and 100% accuracy.(kyogre can learn it)i dont know what the most powerful grass type move is though. But i am sure there is one more powerful than frenzy plant.Actually that move lowers with HP so the most powerful is in fact blast burnNot really i know its eruption..............actually both eruption and blast burn has 150 base power but eruption does less damage the less hp you have left so technichally blast burn is more powerful
By 'smashing' the smash ball press b and Charizard, Squirtle and Ivysaur all do a tripple attack. They all do this move
? I dunno raise it. but if you want egg moves vs a pokemon that knows the move you want the smeargle to know sketch the move, run away and breed the smeargle and the baby will know that move if its an egg move
