Using a building tool, attach a brick to the front of your Roblox character. The top of the brick should be aligned with the top of your character's legs and with the bottom of its torso. Once the brick is attached, walking forward should cause your character to 'fly' upward.
This glitch is caused by the scripts Roblox uses to allow your character to climb staircases. The script believes that the brick attached to your character's legs is a stair step, so when you move forward it 'climbs' the brick. Since the brick is attached to the front of your character's legs it will always be in front of you, so as long as you continue to move forward your character will continue 'climbing' the brick. When you stop moving forward your character will drop to the ground.
