You have to do something with the triangle, I think you have to press A to the triangle with the shortest amount of steps. After a few of those, I think the triangle will shatter.

Deoxys will appear in the Attack Form, with high Attack and Special Attack, but horrible defenses.
Leaf green:
Deoxys will appear in the Defense Form, with high Defense and Special Defense, but horrible attacks.
