u need 2 ds, a pearl game card, and a diamond game card. You go into both games and go up to the pokecenter in the same town, say celestic town for example. then you go to the top floor and talk to the lady in the middle counter. it will ask you to save your game. then when you are in the union room and so is the other person then you can trade!!!! hope i helped!
