After beating the Game in Pokemon white you can go to the Pokemon Transverb Lab. You can go up the steps and speak to the scientist. He will talk and allow you to look for a wifi connection from another game. This is when you use your other DS that has Pearl in it and on the menu screen go to DS Download Play. After you connect choose the six Pokemon you want, play the little catching game, and if you want you can transfer more Pokemon afterwards.
