This wont give you a party score but it will get everyone there and give you an outing score. Click on a phone at your sims house and choose manage groups. Once you create a group click on the phone again and choose meet group at community lot for an outing. A taxi will pick you up and you can choose where you and everyone in your group will go. These outings are not timed but people will leave if it gets too late or is no fun. This is also a great way to build up relationships.
