How do you start heather's quests on HorseIsle?

Heather has three quests. Here they are:

Heather's Missing Niece (125qp) [Intermediate]

Begins: Heather Awlaboard, Inkton Docks Harbormistress

Items Needed: None

Offer to help Heather out by finding her neice, Stacie, in the forests west of Wington. She's directly under the green pine tree that's standing directly under a brown pine tree. When you find Stacie, you will see that she is crying because she was scared of the bees and ran into a tree. Go to Elaina's house, which is the most south cabin on Bird Isle. Elaina will bring Stacie, so head back to Heather.

Heather's Pitcher Plants (125qp) [Intermediate]

Begins: Heather Awlaboard, Inkton Docks Harbormistress

Items Needed: None

Heather would like you to get her three Hooded Pitcher Plants. Go back to where you found Stacie in the forest and use your magnifying glass on the forest floor in that little patch. You should find two Hooded Pitcher Plants. Next, head west, and search to the left of the brown tree in that little forest patch. You should find the last Pitcher Plant. Return to Heather.

Reward: $7500

Heather's Quest for Flies (25qp) [Novice]

Begins: Heather Awlaboard, Inkton Docks Harbormistress

Items Needed: 6 Bunches of Flies

Heather needs some flies for her Venus Flytraps. Bring her 6 Flies, which can be found around mud holes. Bring them back to her.
