How do you register the Gym Leaders' Phone Numbers in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver?

In Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver, in order to register the Gym Leaders' Phone Numbers in your Pokégear, you first have to find where most of them are at if they happen to leave their Gyms which a good majority of them do.

Falkner, the leader of the Violet City Gym leaves his Gym on Monday. You can locate him on the 4th floor of the Department Store in Celadon City. After talking to him he'll add his number to your Pokégear and he'll disappear.

Bugsy, the leader of the Azalea Town Gym leaves his Gym on Tuesday. You can locate him in the Viridian Forest, he's closer to the Viridian City entrance. After talking to him, he'll add his number to your Pokégear and then he'll disappear.

Whitney, the leader of the Goldenrod City Gym, she leaves her Gym daily between noon and 4pm. You can find her on the 6th floor of the Goldenrod Department Store. Once you talk to her she'll give you her number and then she'll disappear.

Morty, the leader of the Ecruteak City Gym, he'll leave his Gym on Mondays and Tuesdays. You can find him in the Bellchime Trail which is the path that leads to the Bell Tower. Talk to him and he'll give you his number and then he'll disappear.

Chuck, the leader of the Cianwood City Gym. He never leaves his Gym so in order for you to get his number you have to talk to his wife who is directly outside of the Gym, his wife is the same person who gave you the Fly HM after initially beating Chuck in your official Gym Battle challenge against him.

Jasmine, the leader of the Olivine City Gym. She leaves her Gym daily between 1 PM and 2 PM. She remains in Olivine City but you can find her in the café. After talking to her, she'll give you her number and then disappear.

Pryce, the leader of the Mahogany Town Gym. He leaves his Gym daily between 6 AM and 10 AM. You can find him near the Lake of Rage however he's on the western part of the land so you'll need to use Surf in order to get over there. Once you talk to him he'll give you his number and then he'll disappear.

Clair, the leader of the Blackthorn City Gym. You can't get her number until after you do the double battle with her and Lance which occurs in the Dragon's Den after you have defeated your Rival in Mt. Moon. Once that occurs, Clair leaves her Gym daily between 6 AM and 10 AM. You can find her in the Dragon's Den. Once you talk to her she'll give you her number and disappear.

Brock, the leader of the Pewter City Gym in Kanto. He leaves his Gym daily between noon and 3 PM. He can be found in Diglett's Cave near the entrance that is the closest to his city. Talk to him and he'll give you his number.

Misty, the leader of the Cerulean City Gym in Kanto. You can't get her number until after you have catch Suicune or defeated it. After this occurs, she'll leave her Gym daily between 4 PM and 6 PM. She'll be located on the Cerulean Cape which is where Suicune was at when you first fought it. Talk to Misty there and she'll give you her number.

Lt. Surge, the leader of the Vermilion City Gym in Kanto. You can't get his number until after you have caught Zapdos. Next you have to show him a Pikachu that you caught in the Viridian Forest in Pokémon HeartGold or Pokémon SoulSilver. After you have done both of those things, he'll be out of his Gym daily between 9 AM and noon. He can be located by the Power Plant in Kanto. Talk to him and he'll give you his number.

Erika, the leader of the Celadon City Gym. She leaves her Gym on Saturdays and Sundays between 3 PM and 5 PM. She still remains in the city, you can find her near the fountain in the city. Talk to her and she'll give you her number.

Janine, the leader of the Fuchsia City Gym. She leaves her Gym daily between 4 PM and 6 PM. You can find her in the Reception Gate. Talk to her and she'll give you her number.

Sabrina, the leader of the Saffron City Gym. She leaves her Gym on Fridays. You can find her in Olivine City on the Harbor Deck. Talk to her and she'll give you her number.
