First you gotta go to market in the bottom right corner then you find something in your budget and buy it, then you can place it in the shop, i will first give yo a suggestion so dont use any gems, that way your pets leave tips so if you tap a pet room it will say collect and show a picture of gold coins , cluck on it and you will get the tips , that way you keep playing making more money from tips and buying more stores , get more pets get your pets soulmates then babies and on and on.

To get pet experience, you must play games in the pet pavilion. (You gain access to the pet pavilion at level 7 by talking to Merle Ambrose.) After you complete a game, you are awarded with pet experience depending on how well you did in the game. You then get a chance to feed your pet a pet snack and gain more pet experience. Wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know Sorry Well, since my pet just grew to a teenager. You have to play games in pet pavillion and once the experience increases to full it grows up. BUT, there is a number by your mana and health place. That's how much energy you have to play games. As you level up, that energy will increase so you can play games to level your pet up longer. I have a dragon as a pet, (I think once that dragon is either ancient or epic you can ride on it). (My name is conner stormcrafter, I think highly that is correct)
