Well im not sure, but i think when you buy things eg. Furniture then you have to pay a tax on them and you also have to pay bills....
Yes, you do.
Your sims pay bills, you buy objects for your sims that lose value over time, and you can buy clothing for your sims. If your sim has a job and a random scenario occurs and if you click the wrong thing, there is a chance that your sim will have to pay for their mistake, or lose their job.
From the Sims 3 Store. You have to buy it (which is annoying, since we already pay for the game...).
yes your sims can! they still have bills though, so the repo man will come and steal your furniture if you have no money.

You pay for the game, then you just play.
Click oN the mailbox, click get mail and your sim will bring the mail in, when they put them down, click on them and it will say pay bills and then the amount. Click that and your sim will pay the bills and put them back in the mail box and they are paid. Hope it helped. :)
go to the business office and there will be an option to pay off the paparazzi
The Sims 3 requires at least the Sims 3 base game to play. This must be purchased before you can but other than this, there are no additional fees - so long as you don't purchase additional content via the online Sims 3 Exchange.
do you help pay bills
