It's easy, you just gotta fight them a lot and then they will stop at Route 111.
For me, reporters are the easiest way to train a Pokemon, just give the Pokemon you wanna train an "Exp Share" in the 1st slot and put a 100lvl or a Pokemon that you don't wanna train in the 2nd slot. After that just fight them in route 111(if you already fought them a lot and they already stopped moving around) and then go route 112 and go back in route 111 and there they are again. Enjoy.
