EASY all you do is go to the galactic hideout in veilstone and once you are up in the place thing where you are talking to Cyrus, follow him and take the YELLOW portal (the green one takes you back to the main floor and you have to start back all over again) and you get the place with Saturn and the old dude and you talk to Saturn and you don't have to battle she just talks and then they leave and you press the button and they are realeased!

You have to beat Team Galactic in Veilstone City ( in the Galactic HQ) You will run into lots of Galactic grunts and in the end you will verse Cyrus the Galactic boss. After that you will free the 3 legendary pokemon Uxie,Azelf and Mesprit. Finally you must beat Commander Saturn at the end of he Galactic HQ. Once you make your way to Spear Pillar the cave painting will be shattered in pieces and there will be another cave entrance where the painting was. Hope this helped.

In order to find the 3 Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Pearl which are likely Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie, first you have to free them from their traps in the Team Galactic Veilstone Building. Once that has been done, you can find Uxie in its cavern in Lake Acuity. Azelf can be found in its cavern in Lake Valor. You will find Mesprit in its cavern in Lake Verity however as soon as you interact with Mesprit, it will fly off and it will begin to roam around the entire Sinnoh region. Helpful recommendations for battling Azelf and Uxie in order to catch them is first make sure to save your game before interacting with them in order to start the battle with them because they cannot regenerate once you knock them out. Additionally any Poké Ball will work on them but Dusk Balls are recommended due to battling them inside of a cave.

The Last lake, is where you will find Mespirit but once you contact with it it runs. then it is released in the area of Sinnoh. Then you can use the App Marking Map and the thing that looks like a pikachu head is the Pokemon or another rare type Pokemon about in Sinnoh. Good Luck catching because your best bet to cath either one is to have a Pokemon with a move that won;t let your opponent run away.
