Make sure that you have The Seasons add-on package, then go into build mode, click garden patches. plant a tree, then go into live mode. Slick a Sim and make them spray the plant with pesticides. Just make them keep spraying until they turn into a plantsim.
Once you have a plantsim, they have three needs, water, sunlight, and love. they can get all three at the same time by swimming in an outdoor pool.
If you no longer want a plantsim, call the gardening club under services. Once the person from the gardening club gets there, buy the antidote for a plantsim and make your plantsim drink it.
NOTE: after drinking the antidote, and being cured, your Sim will still have plantism clothes. go to a wardrobe and click plan outfit. you can probably figure out what to do from there.
