I know for the sims 2 that Marvine and beosboxboy from insimenator.org made the mesh and some clothing to make a bodybuilder sim. Just download the meshes for the shower-proof skintone and the clothing for the bodybuilder and you'll be able to make bodybuilder sims for your game
