How do you kill boos in super Mario 64 ds?

First, you have to go to the bottom of the castle and find luigi. He'll be hidden anywhere in the basement. Be aware that when you find him, he'll become evil and try to kill you. Defeat him. Once defeated, he will tell you where to find Wario. Once you have found Wario, he won't join you. You'll have to defeat him too. Once defeated, he'll run away from you. But when he runs away, he'll drop an item called the BooLater. Once you have gotten that item, you can now kill boos. If you end up not finding Luigi, there is another way to kill boos. Go toward a boo. You'll notice that the boo will turn invisable. Turn your back toward the boo and he'll change back to visable. Turn around real quickly toward his back or side and just punch him. He'll just disapear. Even though the first way helps you kill boos really easily, it takes a while to find Luigi. But do not fear, you can find Luigi and the boo level in the backyard of the castle if you do not find him in the basement of the castle!!!
