They are both the same thing as far as the PSP is concerned. When the game finishes downloading from the PlayStation Network, it is there on memory stick and ready to be played whenever. There is no formal 'install' procedure like for a PC game.
There shouldn't be a specific order, as long as you have the Sims 3 base game downloaded first then the expansion packs and stuff packs should be ok to download in any order.
If you want to install texture packs for Eden world builder you need to have a jailbroken ipod/iphone. If you don't want to jailbreak your ipod/iphone there are ways that you can change the textures but it is difficult and may corrupt your game.
the game has to be game share compatible. you basically got to gameshare on your psp and then your friend loads the game up n his psp.
First you purchase them from the Playstation Store. Then you download them and if your game category of the cross media bar shows the map DLCs in a bubble when you click on them they install
You have to buy and download them from the PlayStation store
yes. You have to Buy the Map Packs to get them and they will not play without the game. Anyone can download the Map Packs if they purchase them, but you need the game to install and play them
You install the wipEout PULSE Expansion Packs by either downloading them from the Europe PlayStation Store, or you can try searching for a torrent to download them to your PC, and then placing them into the MS/PSP/SAVEDATA (or if possible, MS/PSP/GAME) folder. If this doesn't work then the rumors about the Expansion packs being being universal for all reigeons may not be true. For all of us here whom enjoy wipEout PULSE, let's hope for the best, shall we? :) -by LoneWhiteWolf666 P.S: If anyone wants to go into an online race, look me up ok? :)
Well you can download expansion packs... but they have to be the Sims 2 expansion packs !!! :0)

I have not yet bricked a psp yet but i heard if you hack it wrong or install a program or game with a virus on it it will shut your psp down so nothing will work....ever.
just type ROCKETMAN while playing the game.
You can buy them but you won't be able to install them unless you already have the base game installed.
No, it's like any other console game, you just insert and play.
You can't, you need the base game to play expansion packs.

No, you have to install the game multiple times, once for each expansion pack.
