Well, When you choose your Mii's hair, go to page three at the bottem row there will be bald, a cap and a winter hat. Choose your hat from there.
Give yourself some short hair (not bald) and then make your eyebrows real big and turn them anti-clockwise and move them up make them the same colour as your mii's hair and then put glasses over them and it will look like a hat! hope i helped ;)
this is kin1234567 you can only do it if your a boy mii and go to the boy hair (it should be at the last) and there it should be. Another way is go to twin mii right above "make from scrap" then just copy it like one of those that has a hat. Hope i helped :D
