You create a Mii then import into Wii Fit. Put in the age when you bring the Mii in and there you have it a baby for the Wii Fit.
Wii fit plaza is the place where you choose your mii, or your person, so that you can do the wii fit test for the day.
Yes you can edit your mii, all you have to do is go to the settings in one of the corners,(the corners where the settings button change all the time!)and press delete mii. Then it will ask you do you really want to delete your mii...you say yes, then it will say you have just deleted all of the data and settings and your mii for your wii fit!
You can't unless you have cheats.
The below method is simply WRONG unless you want to delete all the Mii's. You can delete one Mii by selecting the mii at the wii fit plaza then hit "user settings" in the upper right and select "delete user data." This will take the Mii off the WiiFit plaza without deleting the Mii from the Wii overall. On the main Wii menu:- go to 'Settings'- go to 'Memory'- choose the Wii (not other Nintendo appliances like the DS)- delete the Wii Fit memoryATTENTION: you CAN NOT delete 1 Mii! All Mii's are deleted and you will have to start the whole set-up of your Mii (inside Wii Fit) again.EnjoyAddition:To correctly delete a Mii...select the Mii you want. Then click begin on the next screen. When you get to the welcome screen with your fit chart, select settings. The next screen should detail 3 or 4 options...one being delete Mii data (or something like that). Select that one, and confirm you want it deleted and voila...you are done (at least that is what I did).Addition:My child just tried to log in today and did not remember her password. If you guess the password for awhile, it will ask if you are really that person and then ask for the person's height. Once we correctly guessed the height she entered in log ago, we were in! We then deleted the password.

A Mii is like a personal avatar that you use to represent yourself in some games. In wii sports, the Mii you choose will be the one you play as. In Mario Kart Wii, you can unlock "Mii Driver" which allows you to play as your mii in the races.
