Either get a two tone grey chao and make him a shadow chao or a two tone blue or sky blue chao and make either of them a shadow chao or a two tone black chao.
A "Blitz" Chao is a Two-Tone White Chao. You can get this Chao by breeding a White Mono-Tone with a Normal Chao.
No, two tone chaos are gained when you breed a normal chao, and a monotone chao (monotone chaos are just one colour, you buy them from the black market)
Here is the procedere. 1. Get any Mono-Tone Chao and raise it. 2. Get one of your other Chao that is a adult and isn't a Mono-Tone, and mate them. 3. The chances are 8/10, or possibly 7/10. Now, if you are going to get a White Two-Tone, the newborn will look like a normal, but if fed Dark Fruit, it will look different, along with Nuetral aswell.
If you breed a gold and silver chao, you can get * a Gold chao * a Silver chao * a Gold chao with silver highlights * Or a Silver chao with gold highlights If you didn't get any of these, somethings wrong with your gamecube/dreamcast

There is no such thing as a "Rouge Chao". If it was purple with red-ish features, then that would be a Two-Tone Chao.
There are three types of color chao 1:Neutral Your everyday chao you start with 2:Monotone A single colored chao that will remain like that forever can buy from black market 3:two tone chao a chao of two colors Ex:Red and black the arms are red and the body is black can get by breeding a momotone/two tone chao with a neutral colored Wow that was alot
It isn't called a "Blitz" Chao. It is a Two-Tone White, all you need to do is get a White Mono-Tone Chao and breed it with any Chao that isn't Mono-Tone, nor Two-Tone. After it hatches, it will look like a normal Chao. Give it Dark Fruit and it will look different. This applys with Nuetral, but isn't recommended with Hero Chao. Why must people call it a "Blitz" Chao? It isn't the correct term, and I find it very child-ish. But, it is the way it is called, and I cannot change that.
Well, to answer you're question two-tone chao's look pretty cool so try experimenting with those by having one chao be regular two-tone chao (or a or a combo two-tone like one you bred before) and any color of you're choice! Happy Breeding! ~ James
You can get a Transparent Chao by breeding a Shiny Chao with a Jewel Chao. When you get the egg, there is a possibility that when you hatch it, it will be either an Invisible, Transparent, or a Two-Tone Chao. If it's not a Transparent Chao, then you can always try again. Hope I helped!
You can get a Translucent Chao by breeding a Jewel Chao with a Shiny Chao. When it hatches, it will either be invisible, translucent, or two-tone. If it's not translucent, then you can always try again. Hope I helped!

There are several ways to get "black" chao, each one different for whatever type of "black" you mean. A monotone black chao can be bought as an egg at the black market. This chao, when older, may breed to produce more black chao. There are also SHINY black chao eggs. The "black" chao from the Dreamcast version (also the chao you see in the challenge races that a sortof grayish color with sleepy eyes) can also be obtained on SA2:B by breeding any two-tone chao with a gray chao. This will produce a two-tone gray chao or "black". (NOTE: This is not a BLACK chao, it's just called black..) Many darker two-tone colored chao will turn blackish with colored highlights when alligned to the Dark side(devil chao). Finally, a normal chao, when alligned to the Dark side will be very dark in color, sometimes almost black.
