How do you get to the second region in Pokemon Black and White?

There are actually 2 regions on pokemon Black/white, many people say there is only one, called Unova, but truthfully there are 2. To get to the second region, (called Meiri), you have to defeat the remaining 6 sages of Team Plasma after defeating N and Ghetsis, and 'completing the game'. What people don't know is that if you travel to a city on the outside of your map, called Anville Town, you meet N's brother, M, who is ashamed of what his brother has done and glad you defeated him. He will give you a Shimmering Scale, which powers up dragon-type moves and leads you to the released Kezrom/Reshiram (whichever N captured, then released). Zekrom/Reshiram will be found in a tower called Jolt Tower or Flare Tower, depending on if it's Zekrom or Reshiram. When you capture Reshiram/Zekrom, N and M will meet up, tell you that they're glad you captured the legendaries, and then show you to a hidden path behind Anville town, which leads you to Meiri.
