The first one is directly south of CERULEAN CITY. Cut the tree and go directly south by jumping the ledges until you reach a house. This is the first daycare which can hold one pokemon at the time. The second daycare is at ISLAND FOUR and can house two pokemon at the same time, perfect for breeding purposes.
In order to reach the Four Island, you will need to have beaten the Elite Four and finished the jobs on One, Two and Three Islands.
