To go to New Moon isle you need to get the national dex. Then go to canalave city at NIGHT. IT MUST BE AT NIGHT! Then go to the sailors house next to the sailor that take you to iron island. Go in his house and his son will be in bed. Talk to all the characters and the sailor will ask you to go to cresselia on new moon isle. This will cause cresselia to fly around sinnoh. Cresselia will drop a wing. go back tio the sailors house and the side mission is done. i HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!
