to get to the 7th gym go to the safari zone and find the secret house go inside and get the hm surf also find gold teeth and go to warden slowpoke's house give him the gold teeth he will give you strength the you go to pallet town and surf down to cinnabar island then you get the key to the gym in the pokemon mansion
