when you are in vermilion city go the right there you vil find a cave that is named 'diglets cave' go in the cave, when you is at the other side of the cave
you vil be at route 2 next to pewter city.
first you need to go to the mart in that town.
then go to prof. oak
then return to the men above(the men that blocked the way for you)
