You can't get to all 9 island unless you download a special ticket with mystery gift at a Nintendo event, however, these events no longer occur because Pokemon fire red is such an old game, the other way to get it is to hack, you can use an action replay or GameShark, but let me warn you! Hacking can destroy your game, and also hacking can cause "Bad eggs" to appear, these use up your storage and can't be released, moved or used, they just waste space.
