You continue on route 210 to celestic town. once you get to celestic town you talk to the galactic grunt that's in front of the ruins say you want to mess with him battle him and he will go somewhere. the elder of celestic town will come to you. you give her the old charm and go inside the ruins. ahead there is a paving of the lake trio you talk to it a the elder will come inside. she gives you something, then you can go back to hearthome city. you sould be able to battle fantina then.
