How do you get the textbox on Club Penguin?

Very Short IntroductionThere are a few reasons why a penguin might not have a textbox on their options bar. I've listed all the reasons that you can fix. Account SettingsWhen you create your Club Penguin account, you need to select a setting out of these three;

1. "Ultimate Safe Chat" - can only use default phrases.

2. "Safe Chat" - gets to use a text box.

3. I forgot the other one.

If you have Ultimate Safe Chat, you probobly don't have a text box. This means you will need to make a new account, (sadly) as this option cannot be changed once selected. I recommend that you pick sensibly, and if a parent must select this option for you, it isn't really something you should interfere with.

Safe ServersMany servers have small speech balloon icons next to them that you might notice opon selecting one after logging in. This means no Penguins can use a textbox on this server. Change server if this is the case. ModerationIf another penguin has reported that you have used innapropriate language or if you have been unkind to another penguin, then it's possible a moderator has made it so that you have to use the example phrases and sentances. Don't worry, although you cant advertise themed parties or events in your igloo and you can't even ask "do you know how to get this stamp?" there is some phrases in there that you should be able to use, but if you just can't live with it make a new account.
