You have to fix the clock tower for the mayor but I forget how to get the key I think you have to upgrade your house or something

I know the specifics
After you have the first half of the quilt talk to gill. He will propaly be at the town hall.
Then he might tell you to upgrade your house. Do it.
Go back and talk to him. He will tell u to talk to dale. Do that. He will say about the clock tower. You go talk to hamilton and he will tell you about the clock tower.
Tell him you will fix it. He gives you the key. Its at the town hal if your not sure. Open it up and the second half of the map is in there. Good luck and remember to give te key back to Hamilton.
